Warranty Repairs I had a very good experience with Mitchell Chrysler/ Dodge /Ram, I had brought my vehicle into Mitchell's for Emissions Modifications and 2 other safe I had a very good experience with Mitchell Chrysler/ Dodge /Ram, I had brought my vehicle into Mitchell's for Emissions Modifications and 2 other safety recalls. In the Service Department -Paul Scata wrote up the service requests. I got it done in a few minutes and was shuttled back to my house by Dennis Mitchell . Paul called back when service was done and Dennis returned to pick me up. I returned to Mitchell's and Paul gave me the completed repair work and keys, This all was done under warranty so there was no charge . In a couple of minutes I was out of there and on my way home . All the staff I dealt with was friendly and courteous . More
