Unscheduled visit for first servicing of the DEF system on my truck. Got right in and Dane serviced the system with 2 gallons of fluid showing me how to do it and making recommendations for the future serv on my truck. Made an 1PM appointment- service technician still out for lunch tool vehicle in at 1:15 customer had arrived 20 minutes prior to appoint. Service too approximately 1:45 minuts Shop went through vehicle lunch tool vehicle in at 1:15 customer had arrived 20 minutes prior to appoint. Service too approximately 1:45 minuts Shop went through vehicle glovebox to get customer wheel lock- they should have this tooling. No need to go through vehicle to find tooling or at least ask customer. Custome had to go ask ask for his lock back. Change air filter without notifying customer. Separated vehicle keyless remote from customer keys. keys and remote were together when checked in. Shop did not clear oil change notification had to return to shop to clear. More
