By far the worst service department I’ve ever experienced came in for a warranty airbag replacement waited for almost 2 hours (that’s fine) got my vehicle back my interior trim was half way installed grab ha came in for a warranty airbag replacement waited for almost 2 hours (that’s fine) got my vehicle back my interior trim was half way installed grab handle loose immediately took the keys back in and asked them to fix it 30 minutes later the tach finally went out to “fix” it I’ve tightened the screws causing damage to the trim and left a large grease smear on my windshield. The service manager was very understanding of my frustrations and got me a new trim panel ordered 1 month later the part comes in and I take the vehicle in to have it installed once again I’m here for almost 2 hours for a 15-20 minute install. Notablly another customer was there for a simple oil change and rotate and was there just as long as I was. More

The service department personnel were polite, prompt and professional. My questions and service needs were answered and completed in a pleasant and timely manner. I was escorted to the waiting area, give professional. My questions and service needs were answered and completed in a pleasant and timely manner. I was escorted to the waiting area, given access to snacks and beverages and escorted to the payment counter once my vehicle service was complete. Good service till I picked up my truck. Maintenance broke my air line loose on my air bags went jacking up the truck. Went to pick up truck in the parking lot and my truck was bill dogging.
