The person who told me my truck was completed was extremely rude, and every time I truck goes in for recall work or to get checked for issues, it comes out running worse than it was before it went in extremely rude, and every time I truck goes in for recall work or to get checked for issues, it comes out running worse than it was before it went in More

The records must be incorrect. My name is Brendan. Pleasant experience, did not feel pressured for a vehicle service. Excellent communication with the front desk. My name is Brendan. Pleasant experience, did not feel pressured for a vehicle service. Excellent communication with the front desk. More

I have visited the dealership more than 4 times in the past 9 months for the same issue and it's still not resolved. They just continue to order the same parts then never call me when the parts arrive and past 9 months for the same issue and it's still not resolved. They just continue to order the same parts then never call me when the parts arrive and by the time I call them to check they've forgotten who I am and what their diagnosis was from the previous visit almost like no one's keeping records or more likely not actually troubleshooting the vehicle issues. The service manager is clearly incompetent as he can't get his department to even operate the phones to call customers back. If you can't operate phones I can't imagine anything in the shop is run better. At least he has the redeeming quality of not having any personal tact or ability to talk to people so hiding him has been a good call by the service writers. Not being able to lead or talk to customers is definitely what I'd look for if I was hiring a service manager. I don't know how this can be called a service department when they don't actually fix anything but they're fantastic at wasting your time and gas money driving back and forth from the dealership with you constantly broken $70,000 vehicle. My favorite experience from my last trip to Mitchell Dodge was getting threatened by the service manager this was the icing on the cake when needing work done on my vehicle that's only 18 months old.
