My experience involved being given a specific quotation only to discover added expenses upon collecting my car from the dealership. The wait time was unacceptable. I had an appt scheduled for 10:00 and didn't leave there til close to 1:00. I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation and if I knew it would I had an appt scheduled for 10:00 and didn't leave there til close to 1:00.
