Quick to schedule appt. , gave me a lift back home after dropping off for service. Completed service as promised with estimate of cost to be picked up after hours. When final , gave me a lift back home after dropping off for service. Completed service as promised with estimate of cost to be picked up after hours. When final bill was tallied, it was significantly more than estimate. I elected to delay pickup to meet face to face. Ms. Stewart addressed my concerns with careful explanation and with higher approval worked my concerns out to complete satisfaction.
