The customer service was fine. But the price for an oil change is ridiculous. Last oil change I got there it was around $40 dollars. I was there to get some warranty work done done on my new Chrysler 300 at 4, 600 miles. The service manager took some pictures and sent me to a body shop to get an estimate so he could send it to Chrysler fo Chrysler 300 at 4, 600 miles. The service manager took some pictures and sent me to a body shop to get an estimate so he could send it to Chrysler for approval. The body shop emailed the estimate back to him the same day. I waited for his call back for about two weeks and then called him back to find out what was taking so long. He had quit and the new service manager had no follow up information. This manager took more pictures and said he would try and locate the estimate and if he could not find it he would have the body shop refax it to him. I waited another three weeks for him to call back to let me know about the repair approval. He indicated that his manager told him that he didn't need an approval and that he could authorize the work and would I like him to order the parts and get it taken care of. Why he didn't just do that is beyond me since I brought to the dealer to get it fixed in the first place. A week later I had an appointment to get the part installed. when I came to pick up my car I was informed that the new part came in damaged but was put on temporarily while another part was being reordered. after waiting another three weeks for him to let me know that the new part had arrived I called again to see what was happening. I was informed that the part had arrived and was sitting on the shelf for the last 2 1/2 weeks but no one told the service manager so he never called me for an appointment. An appointment was arranged for the following week. I arrived about ten mins before my 2PM appointment time. The service manager was out for the day and the service righters were struggling to keep up with the appointments indicating that several of their employees had just recently quit. My car was finally assigned a mechanic at 2:35 and pulled into the shop. The replacement of the part should have taken about 30 mins. I didn't get my car bac until 4:30 and when I did get it the drivers side interior was filled with dirty foot prints and hand prints. It took them another hour to get it cleaned up. More

I brought my Van in on 1 June and Steve let me know right away that the service department was low on personnel and had a large back log and it might take a while to get to the Van. I understood the situatio away that the service department was low on personnel and had a large back log and it might take a while to get to the Van. I understood the situation and told him to just let me know when it goes into the shop. Steve did that and kept me up to date on the car’s repair. It was a rather complicated issue with the dash and instruments and Steve worked with my warranty company and got the Van repaired. Great service and awesome communications with the customer. Super thanks to Steve! More
