My 2015 Jeep Willys wheeler was cursed with the renowned “Pentastar Tick”. After a number of services that I paid for, it was determined that I needed a new cylinder head that I had to pay for. After agreeing on a price for the repair using a brand new factory cylinder head,I contacted Chrysler Cares and to my huge surprise, they agreed to pay for half of the repair. I waited semi patiently for the vehicle to be done but after 5 days of no contact I called Mitchell Jeep and was told that they hadn’t gotten to it because I had mentioned the fact that I may sell the car after it was fixed!!!!!!!! Left me wondering if I was put on the back burner… Finally I get my car and the radiator fan kicks on and never goes off. Turns out the temp sensor broke when it was removed from the old head and put on the new “remanufactured “ head….. what!!! I was promised a new Head!!!!!!!! The temp sensor was replaced at no charge. Having a remanufactured head doesn’t bother me, but being told, after the fact,, does. The service personnel and the mechanics are awesome, and do their jobs to the best of their ability, not sure about the management, though. I’m just glad I have my car back, and hopefully don’t have to go back. More

I waited almost a month and a half to get an appointment in October . When I showed up for my appointment they were behind and could not get my truck in. They were nice and took me home. I missed a a day of in October . When I showed up for my appointment they were behind and could not get my truck in. They were nice and took me home. I missed a a day of work but I was hopeful they could fix the TMPS/check engine light. I got a ride back at 5 P.M just to be told they needed to keep it over night. The next day I returned at 5p.m and they charged me $850 for a clock spring. I drove off thinking it was fixed. A mile down the road the TPMS light & check engine light came on again. They asked for me to bring it back on Friday and they kept it the rest of the day. Once again I showed up at 5pm and was told they still could not fix it. Then they made me another appointment for 10 November. I still have a check engine light/TPMS issue and still out $850 over all I’m frustrated that not more has been done to resolve the issue. More
