When I arrived for my appointment time, there was a line of 4 cars/trucks leading into the service bay. I waited for about 10 minutes without any movement, so I went in to see what was happening, all 4 vehi of 4 cars/trucks leading into the service bay. I went to the window and when I said that I’d been waiting in the line, they said that maybe they should move the vehicles! Also I was told that the prepaid oil changes that I’d purchased had expired last month without any notification that this was going to happen! More

11/16/21 I visited this dealership to look into trading my 2020 Toyota Corolla. There was a red 2018 Nissan Sentra I wanted to view and was informed it was being loaned out to a customer and would be back my 2020 Toyota Corolla. There was a red 2018 Nissan Sentra I wanted to view and was informed it was being loaned out to a customer and would be back that day for me to view. 5/6pm rolls around and no update from the dealership or its employees. I reached out and was informed they weren’t able to get the Sentra in and would try again 11/17/21. I was informed, since I was visiting from GA, that I could leave my vehicle at the dealership since I’d be back 11/17 to view the Sentra anyways. The afternoon of 11/17/21 and still no Sentra. After starting to feel odd about the situation, I informed the dealership I had changed my mind about trading and would come to pick up my vehicle. I was informed my keys were inside it. Upon entering my vehicle I noticed an employee had left my key not only in the ignition, but turned forward. My battery had been draining for god knows how long and my car wouldn’t start. A dealership owned battery box was used to jump start my car and I made it 3mins to a friends house. The following morning, my battery was drained again and had to be jumped. 4 days later and my battery was still having issues starting so I took it to be tested after work and was advised that it was now a bad battery at 12.67 volts and would need to soon be replaced. I called the dealership and spoke with the manager, Darren, whom I explained the whole situation to, kindly. He then stated, in so many words, that it was my own fault for leaving my vehicle there. As an expectant mother with her only vehicle now needing a new battery due to an employees carelessness, I became upset. When I mentioned my lawyer, Darren ended the phone call. Very shady service.
