Stalled doing my cars diagnostics for 4 months! I dropped it off in the beginning of November, and was told it would be ready by mid December at the latest. Called in mid December, get told there a I dropped it off in the beginning of November, and was told it would be ready by mid December at the latest. Called in mid December, get told there are 4 cars ahead of me still. Call 2 weeks later, given another excuse. Called every 2 weeks, consistently given excuses. Finally got called on February 11th, and wanted 3700 to fix everything. I refused. I have stayed very polite and understanding of out of hands type circumstances. This was horrible customer service, and showed that customers are NOT a priority for this dealership, at all. More
