Hope you don’t expect them to keep there word or keep you updated on your order. I ordered a truck from them. I got a email from Ram about in incentive after I order the truck I was texting my sales man Chad updated on your order. I ordered a truck from them. I got a email from Ram about in incentive after I order the truck I was texting my sales man Chad about it while we were texting he called me so we could discuss it. Convenient so when it came time to apply it he tells me it’s not valid. I asked them why he lied about verifying the incentive and he denied what we talked about. Than when I spoke to the sales manager he accused me of lying and said he couldn’t be sure as to what was said. My truck came in with a few chips on the door handle the fix looks like my kid took a paintbrush to it. The only communication I had during the entire time was when I called for updates. The day Chad told me my truck was going to be in and that I could come pick it up it wasn’t. He never bothered to let me know till the day of when I called him. 3 weeks later it came in. Like I said if you want a dealership that doesn't keep it’s work this the place for you. I would would drive to another state before I gave this place my business again. I would recommend that you would as avoid this place like COVID. More

The Service Department has came a looooooong way since a few, few years back. I took my Car there 3 times and each time was the worst experience I ever had at a Car dealerships service department. It was so few, few years back. I took my Car there 3 times and each time was the worst experience I ever had at a Car dealerships service department. It was so bad that I would drive to Dothan or Andalusia to get an Oil Change or any work done. But I can honestly say the last couple of times I have had my vehicle serviced there it was Awesome. The Service Ladies at the window are AWESOME and the Technician(s) that service my Car are even AWESOMER😎. They are Pleasant, nice and they explain everything that is going on with your vehicle. The Technicians have done an Excellent Job in servicing my vehicle so far so keep up the good work. More
