We are very sorry you are not satisfied with your experience. You car did sit outside on our lot with other cars while we worked through the manufacturer to get an approval for the work you needed. Once the approval was granted we were then informed the parts needed were on back order and not immediately available for us to order. In an effort to minimize your wait time, we secured each part for your vehicle individually. Once we were able to gather all of the parts needed, we were able to get your vehicle in the shop and get the parts installed and running the next day. We are sorry the process for getting the needed approval and the parts availability for getting you back on the road did not meet your expectations, but we were limited in what we were able to do and did all we could as fast as we could under the circumstances.
