Contacted dealer in February about engine troubles and made an appointment for end of March. Our appointment was not honored and our vehicle sat an additional 5 weeks before any work was started. Upon com made an appointment for end of March. Our appointment was not honored and our vehicle sat an additional 5 weeks before any work was started. Upon completion of the work, our HVAC control panel was no long working and will require an additional 3 weeks to obtain parts. All together, this service ticket will have taken 5 months for a 2019 Jeep wrangler. It appears the actual maintenance was completed ok. More

I feel betrayed by my salesman and this dealership. We came to a dealership to make sure the used car we got was checked over. We have had problems since the first day. We have had the vehicle a week and have had too many problems to count. They now have my car in the shop for a third time and when they gave me a loaner car, it had the service vehicle light on. I don’t have any trust in this dealership to deliver me a reliable vehicle, and would not recommend this dealership when someone is looking for a car. More

I no longer use this service department. After several horrible experiences. During simple oil changes on my Durango the oil filter was double gasketed at least 2 times. That caused ov After several horrible experiences. During simple oil changes on my Durango the oil filter was double gasketed at least 2 times. That caused over 5 visits to the dealership, This was very inconvenient leaving puddles of oil in my garage and all my driveway several times. Every time I pick my vehicle up from an oil change it head oily fingerprints on the doors. I was talked to several times like I had no clue about vehicles and every time my recommended diagnosis was correct. Never offered a courtesy vehicle, discount or anything On a good note they could normally get me in soon. The sales team here is awesome. More
