Service representatives consistently lie about the status of pending repairs! I took my vehicle in to have the seat heater replaced on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III twice. The first time I took it in they of pending repairs! I took my vehicle in to have the seat heater replaced on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III twice. The first time I took it in they gave it back to me as though the repairs were made. The seat was not fixed and the heater turned off with 15 minutes. I went back in before I ever pulled off the lot to inform them that the repairs were not made. They told me they didn't have the the parts and to call Chyrsler to get the parts sent to them. Even though this was the service department's responsibility I called Chrysler to get the parts, and the part were mailed to the service department before my repair appointment was scheduled. They have had my vehicle for two weeks and claim that they are either waiting on parts or don't have technicians to complete the repair. Technical Service Bulletin 23-006-22 REV. C describes the repair my vehicle required. Within it, only 8.8 hours of labor is needed to complete my repair. I was told a plethora of lies such as "We have to order parts," "The parts we ordered came in broke," "We don't have trained technicians to complete the complex repair," and "A new bulletin came out that we didn't know about" to name a few. I took my 2013 jeep grand Cherokee in for a recall. I asked them to change the oil at the same time and I left my vehicle there for the day. Kiaira Nash behind the counter was great, BUT the service manager is unprofessional and rude. This is the 3rd I have to take my 2019 Grand Cherokee to this service depart and we are still having problems wit manager is unprofessional and rude. Came in for service, dealer did mandatory computer update, which caused the CEL to come on, I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. 50 miles later the exhaust filter was 90% blocked, and warning truc update, which caused the CEL to come on, I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. 50 miles later the exhaust filter was 90% blocked, and warning truck would shut down in 50 miles. This issue cost me 1500.00 after being assured it wouldn’t affect anything More

I feel that they take advantage of people. I brought in two remotes to have program to my car. They told me up front that if they would not program that I would still half to pay $100. We'll they would not program and the guy told me that there was something wrong with my remotes that I bought it and try to sell me one of their remotes and charger me $380. We'll after wards I called back and talked with the service manger and he informed me that if it was not one of their remotes that uses a Mopar system and that the remotes I brought in would not program to begin with. So they knew right off the bat that they was going to make $100 off of me. That's taking advantage of people. I asked for.my money back and he said he was going to look into it and call me back. Yeah he never did!!! That's poor service and I would not recommend them to no one. More
