Very disorganized. I was ignored for 10-15 minutes when I walked into the service area. My appointment for oil change was at 1. Got a message saying expected completion I was ignored for 10-15 minutes when I walked into the service area. My appointment for oil change was at 1. Got a message saying expected completion 5pm. I told them I had a dental appointment at 3 when I made the appointment. Went back to service area and told them if they hadn’t already started it. Forget it. Lady said they were working on it. They did get me out in time to make the appointment. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about them for various reasons. No complaints at all on my purchase. I don’t plan to go back to that service department. More
