Rosie was entertaining, engaging, and polite, and I never got a "car salesman" vibe from him though he's been with the dealership for quite a while. He was also quite informative, giving me a very thorough tour of the car and all its features before I ever started the engine. Although I didn't see it posted anywhere that Mistlin is a no haggle dealership, I was told that there would be no negotiating on the vehicle's price because it had already been marked down. However, as the listed price was less than $100 more than KBB.com's average fair market price for the vehicle, I was okay with that. Plus, they came up a bit on the value of my trade-in when I asked them to. If you're in the market for a Honda, I strongly recommend Mistlin Honda, and I enthusiastically recommend that you ask for Rosie. More

Express Service I have dealt with Mistlin Honda since 2003. Our second Accord purchased from Mistlin is a 2016. I know that in the last one or two years Mistlin doubl I have dealt with Mistlin Honda since 2003. Our second Accord purchased from Mistlin is a 2016. I know that in the last one or two years Mistlin doubled the size of their Express Service bays. I had service the other day and Jason and his crew were quite courteous and informative, and I have always been treated that way by everyone in the service department. I always go prepared to stay and wait for my vehicle. However, through no fault of anyone working in the Express Service area, I thought an hour and forty five minutes was an excessive time to wait for an express service. Again, Randy and his crew in the full service area and Jason and his crew in the Express Service area have in every case treated me very well. Over the years that I have delt with Mistlin Honda I have always wanted them to be successful. I am glad for their success, but I encourage them to consider another Express Service expansion. I value Honda service for my vehicle. More
