John Patterson's OC Auto Team now owns Mission Viejo Acura Mission Viejo Acura Dealership has now new owner/president Mr. John Patterson of OC auto team (has 4 dealerships) the change occurred about 6 months a Mission Viejo Acura Dealership has now new owner/president Mr. John Patterson of OC auto team (has 4 dealerships) the change occurred about 6 months ago, a very positive change of hands. I leased a MDX from the previous owners (Norm Reeves Acura) about 1 1/2 years ago. I experienced a couple of negative things with a service rep. Mr. Patterson got involved personally with my issues when I brought them up to his attention and being the person of high integrity and morals, he resolved my issues within 24 hours. I encourage anyone who is interested in buying or leasing an Acura to shop first at Mission Viejo Acura and experience a "customer first" attitude as well as honest and straightforward service. Thank you very much Mr. Patterson for taking over this dealership and turning it into a 5+ stars company. More

In for replacement of rear brakes Made an appointment with Danielle (not sure if she is an adviser or an online person). Was told the service would take an hour and a half tops and th Made an appointment with Danielle (not sure if she is an adviser or an online person). Was told the service would take an hour and a half tops and then 20 minutes for a wash. Asked male adviser again when we checked in at 7:45 if brakes would take an hour and a half and he said yes. Took Acura shuttle but driver was looking for "paperwork" and we were given none. told him the address and he said "I don't know how to find address numbers". The appointment took two hours and ten minutes for the brakes without the wash which we declined. I think the adviser should keep you updated on the progress of your car repairs not you having to ask. and definitely consult the shuttle driver if he does not know an address. More
