Saul was extremely helpful explaining the issues I had with my MDX. We spoke on the phone before my appointment, and on the day my car was serviced, he took the time to clearly explain my options. Saul met me as soon as I arrived, and began writing up my service order. He was polite and professional. I waited in the waiting room.
