Mission Viejo Acura was easy to make an appointment for service and they were able to diagnose my problem and fix via a service bulletin under warranty at no charge. Originally took my car in for what I thought would be a 3 day service contract repair that turned out to be a prolonged nightmare. After going through the entire ordeal, I can only say that Jeff's profession day service contract repair that turned out to be a prolonged nightmare. After going through the entire ordeal, I can only say that Jeff's professionalism and customer service was top notch. He stayed communicative throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was resolved in a satisfactory manner.
