Every time I come to get my car serviced here at Mission Viejo Acura, I have had excellent service. The representatives are honest, not pushy, and understanding. Jeff did an amazing job on fixing my CD player. He saved the songs and tracks that I thought were gone forever. The issue appeared to happen several weeks earlier when I had my battery replaced. I had 3 CD’ the songs and tracks that I thought were gone forever. The issue appeared to happen several weeks earlier when I had my battery replaced. They were on top of all my needs and kept me informed on what was needed for repairs. I was text of problems and need of repairs. Excellent communications. MV Acura was pleasant and easy to work with. I was in and out with a loaner car quickly and easily. My car was washed and cleaned and that was great. My only concern was that I asked for only an oil change b out with a loaner car quickly and easily. My car was washed and cleaned and that was great. My only concern was that I asked for only an oil change but received a multi point inspection and oil change including $73 labor. That should have been disclosed in the beginning. Besides that, Saul was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. More
