My appointment was just routine oil and filter change. Did not expect the many extras like tire rotation. Also, Jefferson printed out the other services the car might need in the near future. The waiting Did not expect the many extras like tire rotation. Also, Jefferson printed out the other services the car might need in the near future. The waiting area was spacious with individual desks and chairs, complimentary coffee, water and snacks. Plus, the car was washed. The people were very friendly and accommodating. Nice experience! Ivan was very polite and helpful. I came in for an oil change. I loved the video they took showing me my car, brakes, struts, etc. My service took far longer than stated. I was quoted I came in for an oil change. I loved the video they took showing me my car, brakes, struts, etc. My service took far longer than stated. I was quoted 90 min and I was there for nearly 3 hours. The person at the greeting kiosk was on a cell phone having an argument with someone that was clearly personal and I had to wait to be told where to check in. But overall, the service was done well and my car was washed which was great! More
