Stopped in to have center console latch repaired. Was met by Jeff who took me to the parts dept., Bought the part, had it installed in 30 seconds, Then has the car washed and I was done. I made my appointment for 1pm and was told it would take 75-90 minutes over the phone. I dropped my car off at 1pm and was told it would be 90 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours and there was nothing additional th 75-90 minutes over the phone. I dropped my car off at 1pm and was told it would be 90 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours and there was nothing additional than the scheduled service performed. I was never updated on the delay which in my opinion is awful service. You can text, email or I was sitting in the service area waiting. I have a Lexus as well and they seem to be way more communicative throughout the process. More
