I am very impressed by the whole service, especially the video of detail check up of the car. The only issue I had was the person who admitted the car was called Alex, and the one who supposedly admitted th video of detail check up of the car. The only issue I had was the person who admitted the car was called Alex, and the one who supposedly admitted the car was called Jeff! So after receiving the text that the car is ready I had to text Jeff, and he wouldn’t responded me for 2 hours, so I had to call in, and somebody else sending me a ride to pick my car up! But compare to other dealerships I used to take my car, I am really impressed of the quality of service you are providing. Good job! More

I was initially concerned because my trusty Acura dealership transitioned to Kia. However, I spoke with Ivan regarding my Acura RDX needing routine servicing, and he was willing to help. Ivan was i dealership transitioned to Kia. However, I spoke with Ivan regarding my Acura RDX needing routine servicing, and he was willing to help. Ivan was indeed helpful, but also pleasant and efficient in facilitating my oil change, etc. He even spent several minutes helping me readjust my driver's seat, which I hadn't been able to do. I really appreciate his help. He was GREAT!! More

Performed oil change, tire rotation and point and inspections on time that was quoted. Also, installed software to correct voice navigation commands.
