My day started the night before with a canceled flight home that left my wife an I in the airp Jeff’s customer support was the best part of my day. My day started the night before with a canceled flight home that left my wife an I in the airport overnight. The challenges continued when we got home to a dead car battery that derailed my day with two different AAA service visits to fix the issue at around 5:30 PM. I say all this not to expand my challenges, but to give insight to the day I was having when I showed up to service at 6:00 PM (after closing) to fix a broken door lock. Having every right to tell me the service department was closed and to come back tomorrow, Jeff Instead went out of his way to make sure my car was checked in for service and ensure we had a loaner car to make life easier.
