I made an appointment for a warranty issue & oil change plus tire rotation. Delia as a service advisor should of told me that all my tires are worn and needs to be replaced verses after the fact did the ti plus tire rotation. Delia as a service advisor should of told me that all my tires are worn and needs to be replaced verses after the fact did the tire rotation and then tells me to replace all my tires would cost me around $1200 for all four. If I knew all my tires are all worn I would of skip the tire rotation. After leaving the dealership I called Costco & will get my tires done there instead the tire rotation is a waste of time and money. I don’t mind paying for services but I need to be informed. Delia as service advisor needs to properly be trained or be upfront with issues like mine. More
