This dealership has changed ever since it changed to a new ownership. The customer service level is very poor. Communication and assistance is nonexistent when it comes to handling tire warranty claims, t new ownership. The customer service level is very poor. Saul was friendly and efficient. He kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance activity on my vehicle. I had intended to wait for my service to be done at the dealership but He kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance activity on my vehicle. I had intended to wait for my service to be done at the dealership but Saul had given me an update that other work would be required and one work recommended. At this point he had offered me a loaner vehicle as the service was going take longer than originally anticipated. I appreciated the offer and took him up on using a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. Unfortunately he was not present when I picked my vehicle up as I wanted to find out if he was able to secure the blade that was in my tire. More
