Taking my car to Mission Viejo Kia was nothing short of a great experience! Saul was professional, friendly, helpful, and even sent a video of my car as work was being done, so I knew what was happening. He great experience! He told me what to expect, what to they were checking, why they were checking those things, and about how long the wait would be. The facility was clean and the entire staff was kind and friendly. I would highly recommend MV Kia to anyone! More
