The only issue I have had with my new vehicle has always been the quality of the dealerships themselves. From stupid markups causing me to buy out of state to a decidedly cheap feeling in their service depa been the quality of the dealerships themselves. From stupid markups causing me to buy out of state to a decidedly cheap feeling in their service departments. Mission Viejo Kia has solved those problems and restored my faith in the brand itself. Clean, polite and professional with no markups and a great service department! I’m really happy now and would recommend this dealer, service department, and brand to everyone. The best Kia dealership- I had gone to another location before this opened up and had bad experiences with them not checking the fluid levels and tire pressure even though they said they did (fluid levels before this opened up and had bad experiences with them not checking the fluid levels and tire pressure even though they said they did (fluid levels were empty, no leakage issues). Mission Viejo KIA sent me a video and was very communicative and I now have someone to go to that I trust with my car! More
