No exaggeration - you only need to visit other dealers to see how Mission Viejo Acura is head and shoulders of COURSE Elite sales representative(s). No exaggeration - you only need to visit other dealers to see how Mission Viejo Acura is head and shoulders above others. We had just purchased a new Acura in Nov, but unfortunately it was totalled in an accident. This was the second time we dealt with Joey Sanzone. He is simply phenomenal and an absolute joy to work with. When we couldn't speak with Joey, Mike Spigarelli stepped in. This dealer has TWO amazing sales people as Mike was truly helpful in assisting us in securing the vehicle. Bryan Oh wrapped things up and in all our years of buying vehicles, Weve never had a more pleasant interaction with a sales manager. This is a very odd time, ESPECIALLY to buy a car - These three made this the easiest, most enjoyable cur buying experience we have ever had.
