Adam from Acura Mission Viejo was honest and straight forward since my first phone call. He told me everything about the car. Once I got there and saw the car it was everything he said it was. This week, on Wednesday, November 16, I drove to Mission Viejo Acura, because my "check tire pressure" light came on. I tried to put air in the tires at a gas station, but I could not do it adequately. So, Viejo Acura, because my "check tire pressure" light came on. I tried to put air in the tires at a gas station, but I could not do it adequately. So, I knew that the better option would be to drive to Acura, a 15 minute drive away. I told Jeff that I did NOT have an appointment, but that I needed a cap for the tire valve, and I needed air in my tires. He took care of everything! I was not charged for the service, and Jeff was so very helpful in doing what was needed to give me peace of mind about my car. I think that Mission Viejo Acura is so very blessed to have Jeff on their staff! Thank you, Jeff! You are the best! More
