Purchasing the vehicle was relatively painless. Finance manager was fantastic. Post purchase experience was far from stellar. There were items attached to a Due Bill that the dealership was to reach out to schedule. After 2 weeks, there was still no word from the dealership so called and scheduled myself. Dropped off a vehicle on a Monday and promised vehicle back the same Wednesday. Received text confirmation vehicle would be ready Wednesday 2pm then another text Wednesday at 2:30pm that the vehicle wasn’t actually ready. Come to find out, the items needed were never ordered in the first place and were now delayed. Guess it’s true what they say that once you’ve signed on the line you’re lowest priority. More

Ryan did everything he could to get us the best price for our MDX. He was very persistent in his follow up (in a good/ non annoying way) and found a solution to all our requests. Bryan was a great help in the final negotiations. Michael was so knowledgeable and could tell he was a seasoned salesman. Final shout out goes out to Safue in finance. As first time car buyers he went over all our options and made us feel comfortable before signing our official documents. He had so much patience for us and we never felt pressured to sign without filling understanding what we were doing. They’re a great team and we had an excellent experience. More
