Picked up our new EV9 on Sunday from Mission Viejo dealership. My sales person was Sam Taylor and she was very pleasant to deal with. My wife and I were in a hurry and she expedited the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle. She even extended her offer to reach out to her directly if there are any issues. I had a FANTASTIC experience at Mission Viejo Kia. I came in for an oil change. Ivan was very welcoming and showed me around since it was my first time. Service was quick and communication via text was great. While waiting, I asked to tour a brand new Sorento & Telluride. I was partnered with Samantha in sales. I had a lovely experience with her test driving vehicles and crunching numbers. I ended up leasing a new Telluride that I've been waiting years for!!! She was so patient and accommodating. I will definitely be sending all friends & family here!! Such a pleasant experience unlike 3 years ago at a different Kia dealership. Can't wait to come back for any future needs! More
