I visited two other Kia dealers when I began my search for the Kia I really wanted. After my experience with Mission Viejo Kia, and specifically Samantha, I can confidently say that driving out of the wa for the Kia I really wanted. After my experience with Mission Viejo Kia, and specifically Samantha, I can confidently say that driving out of the way (42 miles) for me was SO worth it! Samantha made the whole experience as painless as could be. I didn't once feel that I was being pushed towards something I wasn't interested in or didn't need, but at the end of the deal I drove away completely happy with the car, and the whole experience. Do NOT buy a car from this dealer.
