The presentation of the dealership was nice, clean, and new. Everyone I spoke to was very welcoming and kind. Ryan was most helpful throughout the process especially when I had originally messed up the trade in value of my car and had to find alternative means of financing for the lease at Kia. He let me test drive the sportage hybrid and made pleasant conversation with me on top of informing me of the merits of the vehicle and how it could serve me as I’m planning to move to Colorado. There’s lots of mountains out there so he explained downhill brake assist, all wheel drive, and the cars ability to switch into snow mode. Overall 5 star experience from both the dealership and the salesperson. More

We ended up driving an hour and a half to buy our first Kia with Bryan and Mission Viejo due to his communication, service and fair pricing. First and foremost I think it is an amazing thing not to have any mark ups on any vehicles. My wife and I had been shopping for a Carnival and let me tell you Cooper made it so easy. I contacted him around 3 pm on Saturday July 8th, and four hours later we were driving off the lot with our dream van. The sale process was super easy, Cooper took care of me and meet me with all my requests. My wife and I would like to say thank you to Cooper and the owner for the way he does business.
