Ivan was very polite and helpful. I came in for an oil change. I loved the video they took showing me my car, brakes, struts, etc. My service took far longer than stated. I was quoted I came in for an oil change. I loved the video they took showing me my car, brakes, struts, etc. My service took far longer than stated. I was quoted 90 min and I was there for nearly 3 hours. The person at the greeting kiosk was on a cell phone having an argument with someone that was clearly personal and I had to wait to be told where to check in. But overall, the service was done well and my car was washed which was great! More
