I am very impressed by the whole service, especially the video of detail check up of the car. The only issue I had was the person who admitted the car was called Alex, and the one who supposedly admitted th video of detail check up of the car. The only issue I had was the person who admitted the car was called Alex, and the one who supposedly admitted the car was called Jeff! So after receiving the text that the car is ready I had to text Jeff, and he wouldn’t responded me for 2 hours, so I had to call in, and somebody else sending me a ride to pick my car up! But compare to other dealerships I used to take my car, I am really impressed of the quality of service you are providing. Good job! More
