We got a long run around at one and the other we simply had a rude salesman. We went to Mission Viejo and Roozbeh greeted us with a smile and understanding of our urgency in needing a car. He was polite and precise. He helped us find exactly what we needed and got us out of there quickly, considering our long day and hassle we had prior. In addition, the entire Kia center was nice, clean and full of smiles. Just an overall healthy vibe. I would recommend Mission Viejo Kia to all my family and friends and anybody who wants a positive experience. Ask for Roozbeh! He is the BEST! My daughter is well pleased with her new Kia Niro. More

This was my first visit to this dealership and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was greeted very warmly when I inquired at the service kiosk and the service manager was called to meet me right away. Wit have been more pleased. I was greeted very warmly when I inquired at the service kiosk and the service manager was called to meet me right away. Without hesitation Jeff answered my questions and got me set up for the service I needed. He made me very comfortable in the well furnished waiting area and gave me an estimated time frame for my service to be completed. During my wait I was both updated personally and by text including a detailed video of the service being performed on my vehicle! Outstanding and so unexpected! Checking out was a breeze and I was personally escorted to my clean and serviced car. I am beyond grateful to the entire service team. I never knew that having my vehicle serviced could be so pleasurable! More
