I loved that we never felt pressured or rushed by any of the employees, in particular Jose. He was extremely patient, helpful and so knowledgeable as we tried to decide between the cars and then the colors the employees, in particular Jose. Me and my future wife decided to do some dream building recently and we found ourselves at the Mission Viejo Acura. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted in a car and even did some research online bef recently and we found ourselves at the Mission Viejo Acura. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted in a car and even did some research online before arriving. This was the first time we decided to look into a new car for either one of us. We were very skeptical and weary about car salesmen but then we met Jose and hes was able to make us feel completely at ease about the new car buying process. If we weren't going overseas for the next year we would have walked away proud owners of a TSX Wagon. We look forward to coming back once we're back in the states. Thanks Jose! More

If this is what you are looking for and you love the brand "Acura", this is the best place to go and I am sure you will love this. I have seen various dealership and dealt with many people, but trust me this is one of the places where no one pushes you to make the deal. They do a great job to make sure you get what you are looking for. During my interaction with Doc. Nick and Mark, I got what I wanted and at a great price. Now the other side of this dealership, an excellent service team headed by Maxx. Kim has been just superb and great. She know what is the issue and is always ready to help you. I would say that it is worth driving to this dealership and checking out for yourself. I can certainly say that they have motto "Great Service with a Smile" More

Was (still am) interested in the new TSX Wagon. This was the only dealer that had one in stock. Made it clear to Nick that I though I was interested, I had only seen one or two on the road and needed to te the only dealer that had one in stock. Made it clear to Nick that I though I was interested, I had only seen one or two on the road and needed to test drive it and would not be buying it that day. He had one without the technology pkg (I want that Pkg), but he spent a great deal of time with me and allowed me a great test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the TSX Wagon as well as it's competitors - much more so than I am used to - usually I know much more that the sales rep, but not in this case. He was also very professional. No pressure to buy the one that they had. His follow up has been great too, keeping me updated as to when the TSX Wagons with the tech pkg are expected. Though I don't know if I will purchase the TSX wagon, if I do, I intend to purchase it from Nick. Great experience. I highly recommend that you ask for him at the dealer. More
