Tom worked very hard with me to educate me about the line of cars. I had not expected to be as impressed as I was with the new Acora TL. Hence I made a orchard that day with the help of his team. Prior to the leasing of my Acura TSX i leased an MDX from Norm Reeves Dealership. At the end of my lease I went to Acura of Mission Viejo to see what my options were once again. I talked to Paul prior to my Norm Reeves Dealership. At the end of my lease I went to Acura of Mission Viejo to see what my options were once again. I talked to Paul prior to my lease ending and got his card. I was then ready to make the decision and called Paul, who was out of town, and he quickly referred me to Nick Daramus. Nick was professional, friendly, and knowlegable regarding the product. I felt he answered all my questions and his non aggressive approach was appealing. It was a win win experience. There was not a single instance where a "challenge" was needed - the first price quoted on the new Acura met my expectation; the quoted value of my trade in met my expectation; the lease money factor met my expectation; the expected residual number exceeded my expectation; there were not any attempts to switch models for profit increase. Most of all, it was very evident the salesman and the dealership wanted me to be happy both with the car and that a fair deal was made. More
