Great experience. Came in one day for test drive and discussed plans for trade in. I dropped my car, a TSX for service of transmission in the morning. They were supposed to call me back during the day to let me know what's wrong with it. He never did. The next day went by and by 3 p.m. the morning. They were supposed to call me back during the day to let me know what's wrong with it. He never did. The next day went by and by 3 p.m. I decided to call - only to get to his voice mail. By the end of the day he did call me to say they're still working on it and it should be ready the next day. Again no calls till I did call myself to be told it is ready. When I picked up the car it had grease stains all over the steering wheel and the door panel. They need to understand what customer service is about. I would try Tustin Acura or the Anaheim dealer next time. More

Originally stopped in to test drive a new Acura but, then saw a pre-owned Toyota Prius on the lot that I eventually bought. It was still on the lot and I made my way back down to Mission Viejo from Hollywood to take another test drive. I then went ahead and started the process to buy. Purchasing my 2009 TSX was a great experience with Norm Reeve's Acura. Initially my boyfriend and I were helped by Jim, who was very knowledgable and helpful. When we were at the sales table we were not able to negotiate an agreeable price so I had to walk away. I left there racking my brain for all possible options of making the deal happen, I desperately tried to find anything comparable in price and condition and was unable to. I called Jim back and asked if there was anything else that could be done and he said he was able to raise the offer on my trade-in, however nothing else could be done to bring the price where I wanted it to be. After a very long day searching out anything else we decided to drive back by and look at the car. As we stood staring at my future TSX we were approached by Nick, who was immediately attentive and helpful. The manager we spoke with was Vince who was also very nice and accommodating. They honored the increased trade-in value and worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be. Everyone we worked with, especially Nick and Vince, were so friendly and caring. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but the sales team at Norm Reeve's Acura made it a great one and I look forward to keeping up on the service with them too!
