An outstanding experience at my local MV Acura dealership! First thing first, MV Acura and match and beat my best price! I've been shopping for a perfect vehicle since October of last year, after gone through First thing first, MV Acura and match and beat my best price! I've been shopping for a perfect vehicle since October of last year, after gone through a list of SUVs, I've finally begin to realize the best one is the new RDX, it's perfect combo of performance, style, reliability and value. I've visited this dealership no less than 5 separate times, each time Alex took time showing me the car, spend time talking and working with me, he is probably one of the very best Sales Rep I've come into contact with. Alex is a true gentleman and it's really made it easy for me to decide to give my business to him. Also David helped deliver the car to me while Alex was busy with another customer, David was also super nice and really easy to talk to, he spent a great deal of time chatting with us and made the whole experience very relaxing. Overall, I am super impressed, and maybe surprised how smooth the whole process went. Lastly Mr Safue at the Finance Dept was very sweet and nice, not pushy at all, very respectful and helpful. Admittedly, I chose the Mazda for price and value, however, I remain in a bit of a state of remorse. The Acura is so nice, and like my experience at Capistrano Mazda, my experience at Mission Acura was extremely pleasant. Sarah arranged multiple test drives, explained various configurations, was friendly and not pushy, and provided various levels of follow up, that was very helpful and considerate. In for replacement of rear brakes Made an appointment with Danielle (not sure if she is an adviser or an online person). Was told the service would take an hour and a half tops and then 20 minutes for a wash. Asked male adviser again when we checked in at 7:45 if brakes would take an hour and a half and he said yes. Took Acura shuttle but driver was looking for "paperwork" and we were given none. told him the address and he said "I don't know how to find address numbers". The appointment took two hours and ten minutes for the brakes without the wash which we declined. I think the adviser should keep you updated on the progress of your car repairs not you having to ask. and definitely consult the shuttle driver if he does not know an address. More
