Best experience I've ever had getting a car. First visit to the dealer Cooper sold us on a Sorento. We decided not to look elsewhere. When my dream car came in Cooper was busy with another customer and he had Walmer help us. What a smooth transition it was. Jeff from mission viejo kia was awesome. I went to my 8am appointment and was greeted by Jeff who asked me a few questions in regard to my vehicle’s maintenance and took care of me right awa I went to my 8am appointment and was greeted by Jeff who asked me a few questions in regard to my vehicle’s maintenance and took care of me right away. He also broke down everything the service included and also what to look forward to the next time I return for service. Jeff also gave me some tips for my AC and car cleaning.
