From helping us decide whether to lease or purchase, to educating us on the many new features of the 2022 model, Mike had instant answers, easy explanations, and the patience of a saint. I ultimately decided on the MDX and Acura Mission Viejo because they offer honest pricing (no false markups), a quality product, and a team of professionals. I was interested to buy 2022 MDX, I reached out multiple dealers in San Diego and Riverside, some of them had very high markups(without any accessories) and some of them weren't professional. Finally when I dealers in San Diego and Riverside, some of them had very high markups(without any accessories) and some of them weren't professional. Finally when I contacted Mission Viejo Acura, from the get go Mike was very professional and upfront with what he can offer. Though MV Acura had little markup I was getting very good accessories. I really liked how MV Acura treat their customers, it was so professional and friendly. So I decided to buy the MDX from MV Acura. Mike was very patient to go over all the features and answered all my questions. Even Bryan was helpful with the purchase and followups. I highly recommend MV Acura dealership, Mike and Bryan as your Sales reps if you want to buy any Acura vehicle. Cheers! More
