Not to mention, I never received the executed sale contact, No temporary tags No Title after 2 months THIS DEALERSHIP IS SCAMMER Very disappointing experience I purchased a car two weeks ago arrived missing parts were promised to be delivered Not to mention, paperwork had been a mess. I paid for the car more than It’s retail value. As soon as the car arrived, I inspected it, and I found a whole list of non-functioning icons on being displayed and safety issues with the vehicle 1- airbag Disabled icon, doesn’t not function 2- Breaks needing Replaced icon 3- The horn doesn’t work 4- seat belt buzzer doesn’t work 5- Cruise control doesn’t function 6- Windshield with chips should’ve been replaced… More … Back windows don’t go up Soft top of track, bad ding in the side Not to mention, cosmetic issues were hidden. I’ve been calling every day, and their staff seems to be very busy, but so far no one Responded back. More
Mission Viejo Infinity signed an agreement with Enterprise to pay for loaners for its customers when repairs were needed. It is NOT true. Don't fall for the TRAP! Nothing is free. YOU, the customer, will pay for the car, BUT not when you return it, 3 months after when you are not aware, they are going to charge your VISA. Review your VISA bills closely. You think that MV Infinity will pay for the loaner because the Service Advisors stated it. BUT, it's not true. You will get a new bill with a new state stating that you need to pay for the car. We have called MV Infinity and NO answer. We called Enterprise but the Manager does not take calls from angry MV Infinity customers. Enterprise will send their falsified bill to collections. If this happens to you, call Infinity Headquarters to complain and ask them to pay. Call the Enterprise Headquarters to file a complaint about the Laguna Niguel Branch. It's a SCAM! Don't rent from Laguna Niguel Enterprise and don't even go near MV Infinity since they are going out of business. The manager of Laguna Niguel Enterprise is a SCAMMER. More
