This was not my usual experience. In the past when I was told the car would be ready, it was ready; this time it was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday, but each day it was extended to In the past when I was told the car would be ready, it was ready; this time it was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday, but each day it was extended to another day and finally, it was ready on Thursday or maybe Friday. Everything seemed to be working correctly, but several days later I found that I was unable to lock the rear door on the passenger side thus allowing the possibility for anyone to get in the car unwanted. I have not yet notified my service consultant about this but I will do it today. In addition, several months ago the computer system in the car died and I had to have it replaced. Part of the problem was my GPS died. It was replaced with a very outdated version from 2009. This is very troublesome for me since many of the roads built since then do not appear in the GPS database so some addresses are either not available or incorrect. It appears that there is no current update available. My last update was either 2015 or 2016 but the service department does not have a copy and I have been unable to obtain a copy online or from the current owner of the software. This is of critical importance to me, so I would appreciate it if the most recent GPS software update be installed to bring my system up-to-date or be compensated for a full current replacement GPS system. Dealer missed wiper blades assessment. They were defective and needed replacement.. Also, dealer failed to add oil change coupon to invoice. We overpaid for service. Tom notified me of battery replacement need. I just replaced this with AAA heavy duty Interstate battery. Ith exception of wiper blades, dealer did excellent job identifying maintenance items we need to complete at next service. More

We were able to exchange docs on line, drive to the dealership to sign paperwork and the car was ours. Ron then spent as much time as we needed to walk us through every feature of our new Qx60. Jerry Pagliassotti has been our Service Consul approx: 18 years & 6 leased vehicles, MVI is avsolutely the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Jerry Pagliassotti has been our Service Consultant since beiing there. He is awesome to deal with. He has not only helped with all our service needs, and recalls, when necessary, but has helped with selection of our vchicles when we need to obtain a new vehicle. Jerry, and Patrick Yamada, Fleet Manager, have made us feel a oart of the MVI Family.. We apreciate the professional attirude of everyone there, and unconditionally recommmend them fo our friends and family over the years. our lease was up on our 2019 QX50 August 2022. We could not lease a new Infiniti due to car shortages, and we purchsed our vchicle, and purchased a 5 yeasr warrenty with Infiniti. We will still be dealing wiih Serviice at MVI going forward.
