The dealership is great if I am working with Tom Kiernan. Only complaint I have is with the car itself. Guess there is a hole in the floor board so when my cell phone fell on the floor it went in that hole Only complaint I have is with the car itself. Missed the mark. Disappointed in the service this time. I took my car in for a routine oil change but ended up with a hefty bill with lots of repairs. The worst part is that I take the car on a regular basis so I don't neglect my car. The car took longer than usual to repair. No loaners were available and needed a car from Enterprise. When we picked up the car, there was nobody there...a ghost town. Then, we drove off to get a car wash since the car was left dirty. We are not impressed. More
