I have owned an Infiniti since 2005 and after purchasing from MV Infiniti and not having a good experience with the first few service visits, tried several other dealerships (Tustin, Irvine, Etc, but to no from MV Infiniti and not having a good experience with the first few service visits, tried several other dealerships (Tustin, Irvine, Etc, but to no avail). I opted to try MV again and was pleasantly welcome by Jerry Pagliassotti. He was professional, friendly, listened and took notes of what I told him (what a welcome relief). I have continued having my car services by Jerry eversince --- even when we have had issues, I have contacted Jerry, and he has promptly taken care of the issues. Jerry is great at reading the historical notes on account to avoid asking the same questions each visit, as well as looking out for the clients best interest. Such a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU JERRY - if it was not for you, I would still be looking for a reliable dealer. Sincerely, Kris Parker More
Alfredo Roybal was a great sales associate and I had such a pleasurable experience that I referred my dad to him and he bought a car 6 weeks later from Alfredo. Inquired about a G37 online, was quoted a price online from Mike Thayer. Traveled over an hour to get there to see what they would give me for my trade. They offered me 6,000 under what blue book trade in from Mike Thayer. Traveled over an hour to get there to see what they would give me for my trade. They offered me 6,000 under what blue book trade in for fair condition was. Keep in mind my trade was in excellent condition. They wanted to steal it! Anyhow couple days later I decided to forget the trade and just purchase the vehicle, thought I'd just sell the car myself. The price Mike had quoted was better than I had gotten from other dealers, so I figured I'd take another trip down there. I confirmed price with both Mike Thayer and Twee Hayes on the phone before I left. Once at the dealership, getting ready to go into finance they tell me they quoted me the wrong price and it would be an addional 4,000 dollars. And this is what really upsets me, Twee tells me because of the mistake they are going to do me a huge favor and throw in a free car wash and oil change. Gee Thanks! BUYER BEWARE!!! All the internet department wants to do is get you in the door, and they'll do almost anything to get you in there. More
It seems like almost every time I take my Infiniti in to have either routine service done or something repaired under warranty, something else goes wrong. One time I took it in to have a wheel alignment and have either routine service done or something repaired under warranty, something else goes wrong. One time I took it in to have a wheel alignment and tire balance and a creaking sound coming from the drivers seat. The alignment and balance was done but they damaged one of my rims in the process. The drivers seat was repaired but plastic clips that cover screws were not replaced. Called the dealership three times before I was contacted (the third time I threatened to call corporate which is probably why I got the phone call back). To their credit, they repaired my rim and replaced the plastic pieces without hesitation. Took the car in for another routine service plus mentioned that I was having creaking noises coming from the drivers seat again and that my steering wheel was making squealing sounds when going up and down. I had a different service adviser for this visit. He went on to tell me that squeaks and rattles are not covered under the Infiniti warranty and that the work they do is just a courtesy and that I would have to pay to repair any rattles if it required extensive labor. He said I could find that information in my warranty manual. I read my entire manual, including the section that describes what is NOT covered and no where did it say anything like that. So basically, I was lied to. When I got the car back I was told that the technician could not replicate the problem but they still lubricated all moving parts of the steering wheel and drivers seat. That was also another lie because all the technician had to do was move the steering wheel up and down to replicate the noise and sit in the drivers seat and move around to replicate that noise. Needless to say, I got the car back and both problems were still there. So I took two hours of my own time and repaired the problems my self. Ironically, no where on the moving parts of the drivers seat or steering wheel did I see any signs of new lubrication. Another time I brought my car in because my cd player went out. It was replaced under warranty. When I picked the car up, the service adviser told me that the cd player works properly now and the car is good to go. Brought the car home, put some CDs in only to have the CD eat up my cd's. So not only was this proof that the cd player was NOT throughly checked but a new problem was created while they fixed the original problem. Brought the car back in two days later and they fixed it in 5 minutes. In addition to all of this, half of the time when I get my car back from service, I find these white powder'ish shoe prints on my black mats that are a pain in the ass to wipe off. I do occasionally have positive experiences at Mission Viejo. However, that good service is not consecutive. For the most part, the employees at Mission Viejo are nice. However, their technicians leave little to be desired. They need to spend an extra minute on each job to make sure that what they fixed is actually fixed and EVERYTHING is working properly. Attention to detail is a must for a luxury car dealership. If they can't properly repair a squeaky steering wheel, why would I trust them to handle something important like my engine, transmission or brakes? More

I purchased my G35 in 2003 in Monrovia but have taken my car for service at the Mission Viejo dealership for all my needs. Overall, I am very happy with my experience there. A couple of weeks ago, I t car for service at the Mission Viejo dealership for all my needs. Overall, I am very happy with my experience there. A couple of weeks ago, I took my car in for a routine oil change. My brakes were squeaking a little so I asked them to check my brakes for me. In 15 minutes, the service manager told me that I needed to replace my brakes and that he could do it that same day. I said that I could not wait the extra hour to get that done because I had a wedding to attend. He was very accommodating and gave me a loaner car. So far, everyone I've dealt with were very courteous and professional. It seems to me that when someone has a complaint, they will post something negative online. If someone has something positive to say, they won't bother. I felt compelled to write a positive review because yesterday I just took my brother's M3 in for service and the people at the Irvine BMW dealership were rude and the entire experience left us livid. It makes me appreciative of the friendly staff and good service I receive at Infiniti of MV!! It makes a world of difference!! More
Recently purchased a new G35 sedan from this dealership. I dealt with the Internet Sales Manager, Jeff Parker. It's hard to explain, but this was the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Jeff I dealt with the Internet Sales Manager, Jeff Parker. It's hard to explain, but this was the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Jeff doesn't come across like the typical "sleazy" car salesman. He's knowledgable, professional, and most of all....HONEST! I'm a really good judge of character and have actually worked in sales for many years. This guy is good at what he does! He is a low pressure salesman who genuinely cares about his clients. As he was dealing with me in his office, he must have received a dozen calls, presumably more customers, but he focused on me and my needs and never once rushed me into a decision or acted impatient. He even bought me lunch while I was waiting to go into finance. I highly recommend this dealership not only for their selection, but because of their unparralled customer service. Thanks Jeff....you'll be getting all my future business and all the referals I can feed you! Keep up the good work! More
