I purchased my CPO 2008 G35s 6mt in late Nov. I spent over 2 months looking for that exact car since the 6MT is so rare. The day i test drove and purchased the vehicle it was raining, so i never got muc over 2 months looking for that exact car since the 6MT is so rare. The day i test drove and purchased the vehicle it was raining, so i never got much of a chance to "get on it". After 2 weeks of ownership i noticed the clutch slipping under heavy acceleration. There were a few very minor issues as well, but the clutch really scared me since i knew i would be driving this car hard. After bringing my car to Jerry, he immediatly fixed my minor brake and noise issues, but the techs could not reproduce the clutch slip. After i rode along with the tech, he noticed and agreed that there was a serious problem, and the entire clutch assembly would need replacing. I was expecting an ugly argument over "wear + tear" issues, because clutches are not a warranty item, and the fact that my car was "used". But to my total surprise, the GM, Dave, approved the complete rebuild at a cost to Infiniti of close to $3000. They also had it fixed within 48hours of me bringing in my car, and provided a complimentary loaner. Instead of making me feel like they did me a favor, they appologized for the inconvenience. In 21 years of car ownership, i have never had a better service experience, period. I strongly recommend this dealership, and Jerry in service to anyone wishing to be treated with the highest level of respect. More

Infiniti of Mission Viejo is the only place we'll take our FX-35 for service. We've never had an issue with their work, and you seriously can't find better customer service in So.Cal. From day one to present day, Jerry has been the consummate service professional. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly. Time after time, my pal Jerry has taking care of all of my service concerns, from power seat issues to a Rat infestation problem. (I live in a beautiful gated community in Laguna Niguel, and yes we have a rodent infestation problem here! (lol) I've gotten to the point to where I'd call in first to make sure that Jerry their before I would take my car in for service. I trust Jerry that much, -he's the man! Jerry understands how to treat people with respect and is a shining star among his service department piers. If you have a Infiniti, and you need service, ask for Jerry, and tell him that Jim Spitzer sent you, he'll get a kick out of that! PS; - Jerry knows what a serious pain in the neck I can be as a customer, and yes, I'm a perfectionist and very "Anal" about my car, bottom line, Jerry is the best! More
I have been a customer of this Infiniti dealer for about eight years now. When I moved from the Newport Beach area to South Orange County CA I had to change Infiniti dealers for the service and maintenance eight years now. For the entire time I have been a client of this dealer I have received exceptional service and continue to each and everytime I visit bring my vehicle in for service. I have since also bought two new vehicles from this dealer over the years and have been very pleased with the sales experience along with the service experience. I have worked with a number of service representatives that include Tony, Gonzo and Jerry Pagliassotti. I have very happy with all of the representives and am pleased to say that whomever I work I receive very good care and attention to my needs. Jerry Pagliassotti with whom I work with more often then not takes very good care of me and always pays close attention to my vehicle to ensure my needs and expectations are not just met but exceeded. I do not feel like I am taken for granted and always am treated like a VIP client regardless of the service I am receiving or ultimately the amount of money I am spending at any particular time. We just leased our third Infiniti. We have always used dealers for service, and must say that of all the dealers we have ever worked with, and we have had a BMW & a Mercedes, Infiniti of Mission Viejo is dealers for service, and must say that of all the dealers we have ever worked with, and we have had a BMW & a Mercedes, Infiniti of Mission Viejo is the best dealer/service dep't. we have ever worked with. The staff is exceptional. I work with my service writer,Jerry Pagliassotti,the most. After 2 leases, and now a third, Jerry has always made us feel we are the only customers he has. I own my own company, and have my people understand Customer Service is an attitude, and way of life, not just a 'put on' attitude. Jerry is the epitomy of that senario. He is totally thorough, totally concerned with our issues, and there is NEVER a question of what the issue is. Whatever the issue is with our cars when we bring them in for service. Jerry is proactive, and if he recommends anything to be done and/or added, it is explained, and we are part of the decision making process. Nothing is ever done without his overseeing, recommendations, and making us part of everything. I truly get tired of "people" saying, how can you trust a service person at a dealership. The old saying is true, 'Treat everyone as wish to be treated' and develop a relatonship. All dealings that I have had with Infiniti of Mission Viejo have been very professional and efficient. The reason for the service today was a recall to repair the passenger airbag indicator.
