Chad Priest from Infiniti of Mission Viejo made buying a new car easy. We submitted for new Infiniti G37 bids online. We negotiated with Chad and he was very professional, reasonable, and competitive in pricing and vehicle trade-in. He was by far the person working hardest for our business (among the dealers contacted), often returning calls after his business hours to be as responsive as possible and work around our schedules. I'm sure I share the same skepticism as most when it comes to car dealers but Chad was very easy to do business with. We handled most of the negotiation through email and phone calls versus the traditional showroom negotiation were the sales person goes back and forth with the manager. There was no high pressure sales. We simply compared numbers from other dealer quotes and got done to the best deal for us. MV Infiniti has got the online sales process right, working with people outside the showroom to get the deal done. Thanks again Chad for the high level of customer service and making our experience with the a car dealership completely different then what we have traditionally encountered. I recently purchased an 08 Infiniti G37 Coupe from Infiniti of Mission Viejo. I made an appointment with Edgar Aguirre after finding the vehicle online. Edgar was very helpful from the very begining. He was very friendly when I arrived and worked with me on the financing until I was happy and confortable with my payments. Edgar has been very helpful even after I took the vehicle home and discovered that the spare tire was missing. I contacted Edgar and he immediately responded and made a spare tire availabe for pickup. This is the kind of service I look for in a dealership. Since I bought my car at the Infiniti Dealership in Mission Viejo, I kind of feel obligated to take my car there for service even though the Claremont location is closer for me. However, with Jerry as Mission Viejo, I kind of feel obligated to take my car there for service even though the Claremont location is closer for me. However, with Jerry as my go-to guy for service, I would never consider any other location. He always knows what I need and what I don't need. He's always looking for ways for me to save money on every service that I have and he's always honest and never tries to add repairs that I don't need. Every appointment I make with the service department is with Jerry and if he's off the Saturday that I want to take my car in, I rearrange my schedule to fit his. Also, since he lives near where I live, he knows the traffic struggles that I go through and always tries to get me in and get me out so I can avoid the bad traffic. More

I must admit that I was regretting our purchase of a used QX56 until I worked with Jerry Pagliassotti. Prior to Jerry, our concerned calls were not returned by warranty managers and our salesman did not fol QX56 until I worked with Jerry Pagliassotti. Jerry, took responsability and answered our questions and offered services that we were not aware of. He redeemed this dealership by exceeding our expectations. I have had a warranty issue since the purchase and he called me back within 20 minutes with clear cut options to a solution. He genuinely cares about me and the inconvenience to my family when the car is not functioning properly. More

After searching through many dealerships from Irvine to Carlsbad, and a million different phone calls and emails, it was such a relief to find a sales team who were honest and treated me so well. In particular, I would like to call out the excellent service I always receive when Mr. Tony Beheshti is my service rep. I was recently in for a Perma Plate application to my car. The service department was busy, but Tony was very courteous, attentive, thorough, and did his best to get me "in and out" as quickly as possible, so I could get to my office. I have dealt with most, if not all, of the service reps at this dealership, and consider Tony to be the finest. He truly understands and delivers on excellent customer service!! I look forward to my service visits when Tony is there to greet me and act as my service rep. When I am ready to replace my vehicle, I will look forward to visting Infiniti of MV for a replacement. I would definitly recommend this dealer for both new sales and service. More
