The dealership was very nice. They were not prepared for my old car and I think should have ensured equipment was there and working before I came in. I came across a Mercedes on craigslist and came in with the intention of just test-driving. I contacted Marcus and he took me on a test drive. Also showed me an Infinity based on the features I liked on th the intention of just test-driving. I contacted Marcus and he took me on a test drive. Also showed me an Infinity based on the features I liked on the Mercedes. I'm the type of person who likes to research big purchases but Erik came out and asked what it would take to earn my business and I gave him a list of conditions and he met everyone. My biggest concern was buying a costly used vehicle and then something breaking and me being stuck with the cost of repairs. Well I left with a Mercedes that day and THE NEXT DAY I noticed some issues. I called in with my concerns (this is after I already signed the contract) and they fixed all of the issues and gave me a loaner car for free while they worked on it. SO HAPPY with my car and SO HAPPY with the service I received from this dealership. If you want an honest and fair place to buy a car, look no further.
